21 and Done is an Instrumental but let me tell you about the title.

21 refers to the year 2021 and Done refers to the many things that will be Done as in over with, No More.

Most people don't know it but there were over 15,000 sealed indictments in 2020. That's like 10,000 more than a typical year. Many of these indictments were for corrupt Politicians, Movie Stars CEOs and Media Moguls, and those involved in Human Trafficking.

Many have been arrested already and many, many more will be. By the end of 2021 there will be some serious changes here in the United States. Much will be exposed. Horrifying dark things will come to light.
